Shipping & Returns

FREIGHT

We can ship to most addresses in Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

We offer direct shipping to your nominated address or pick up from our Budget Auto Parts store. We will not ship to a PO Box address.

When Australia Post regular post is selected, there will be no guarantee of delivery and Budget Auto Parts cannot be held responsible for undelivered parcels. As regular post does not offer a tracking service, once the parcel has been posted, if it does not arrive at the chosen destination, this will have to be disputed with Australia Post.

When you place an order, we will estimate freight and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the options you choose. Depending on the freight provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the quotes page.


While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. If an order being delivered by Fastway Couriers does not arrive by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure that delivery occurs as soon as possible.


We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
You acknowledge and agree that late delivery does not constitute a breach by us of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel an order.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilo. 

 

IN STORE PICKUP

Please note that if in store pickup is selected, the estimated processing time is 24 hours from the time of ordering. There are times when your order might be ready sooner than this, or might be delayed, but an email will be sent to you as soon as your order is ready for collection in store.

Our trading hours for in store pickups are Monday to Friday, 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m.


RETURNS

Faulty Product

Budget Auto Parts will provide a replacement part or unit free of charge or refund the purchase price at our discretion for faulty products returned to us within 7 days of purchase date subject to:

* The product having not been damaged or tampered with in any way.

* Inspection and/or testing by us of the returned product.

* Prior to returning the part or unit you must contact us by phone or email.

* When sending back a part or unit we advise you to use a freight service that insures & tracks the part - we cannot be held responsible for it until it has been delivered back to us.

* Purchasers are responsible for shipping charges back to us. We will pay the shipping charges on the replacement product.

Wrong Product

In the event of a Purchaser having ordered the wrong product, Budget Auto Parts will, at our discretion, generally accept return of the product and credit the sale price excluding the shipping charge & after deducting a restocking fee of 10% depending on the product. The product must be un-opened and in a re-sellable condition. If the Purchaser orders a replacement product of a similar or greater value to replace the wrong goods the restocking fee will also cover the cost of shipping by standard method of the replacement product. Credits are at the discretion of Budget Auto Parts and are subject to:

* The product being shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt by the Purchaser.

* Prior to returning the part or unit you must contact us by phone or email.

* The product and its packaging being "as new" when received by us.

* The product being a generally stocked item of Budget Auto Parts.

* When sending back a part or unit we advise you to use a freight service that insures & tracks the part - we cannot be held responsible for it until it has been delivered back to us.

By placing an order with Budget Auto Parts you are agreeing to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
